Today we visited because the AC unit was working intermittently. Luis noticed the unit would run whenever he took out the float switch. We learned the unit was acting up because of a clogged drain line. After cleaning the drain the system is now operating properly.

Today we found that the primary drain line was backed up. We cleared the drain line unit is operating. Normally unit is older and showing signs of high static pressure with growth on the outside and inside of air handler.

AC unit, air handler, and condenser all installed 14 mo. ago. UV bulb looked to be burned out when I first opened the cabinet. After cycling power, the bulb lit up. Refrigerant and electrical components are all green. House has whole home surge protection. Recommend newer, better UV light, and hard start for condenser.
Today we visited to quote finishing duct modifications for Barbara. She recently had a contractor begin the installation of two returns and one supply vent.
One time maintenance complete self rinse evaporate coil and wash condenser coil shop vacuum drain line unit is working normal. Need to come back with filter size 20x25x4.5
Both units are down, repaired broken thermostat wire, replaced fuse and chemically cleared both drains.

Brennan G Today I visited to provide an estimate for an additional supply vent and insulation. Mary and Tom agreed to have the work preformed, the office will call to schedule once materials are confirmed . I collected a 50% deposit for the job and the remainder is due upon completion.
Brennan G Todays visit was for the system not cooling , upon arrival the home was cool and the system was operating normally. The drain line is clear , compressor capacitor is good. Unsure what caused the system to stop cooling.
This system uses a single speed outdoor compressor and fan.
